How to take Nutlife™ MF pull-apart capsules

  • such as pudding or yogurt, or a similar dairy or non-dairy alternative. Do not mix into food that is above room temperature. Chocolate pudding can further enhance the de-flavoring properties of Nutlilfe.

  • Hold the capsule vertically over the food, tap it so the contents settle at the bottom and, using your fingers, open it by pulling the ends apart.

  • Ensure all the contents of the capsule are ejected. Do not sniff the capsule contents.

  • Do not heat above room temperature after mixing.
