How to take Nutlife™ MF pull-apart capsules

Hold the capsule vertically over the food, tap it so the contents settle at the bottom and, using your fingers, open it by pulling the ends apart.

Ensure all the contents of the capsule are ejected. Do not sniff the capsule contents.
